Meet Our Team

Stephen Brudner
Stephen Brudner

Steve became a financial advisor after graduating college and was the top producing advisor in his class for 2009 and 2010 before transitioning to the credit card processing industry. In 2009, with the hopes of keeping MSCG a family business and adding someone to lead a sales force in the northeast, Gary Brudner asked his son Stephen to join the ranks.

Steve left the financial advisory business to start in the credit card processing business in the same way his father did for the 15 years before Steve joined: one merchant at a time. Stephen brings a unique financial eye to each business he serves. He looks to make small, subtle changes that have dramatic impact on reducing the merchant service fee.

In the past 10+ years, Steve’s unique ability to simplify and explain multilayer, complex merchant service questions has enabled him to become the "go-to expert" in the payments field. Throughout this time, clients have continued using MSCG because of their follow through and attention to detail.

Steve is married to his wife, Michella, has two children and a Golden Retriever Corgi named Scruff. He is a sports fan and loves the outdoors.

With an attention to detail and a desire to make sure tasks are completed correctly the first time, Claudine is a valued associate of MSCG. Claudine’s responsibilities include PCI, boarding merchants, merchant maintenance, weekly financial reports and business status reports. When issues arise, Claudine takes the initiative and gets to the bottom of it and resolves the situation quickly and accurately.

Claudine is married and has two step-daughters, a foster daughter and two cats. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. During the warmer months she enjoys hopping in the Jeep with her husband and finding new places to explore. Claudine also enjoys skiing, figure skating and ice hockey. In the past she has been a competitive synchronized figure skater.

After working as a paralegal for over 15 years, Julie joined Merchant Services Consulting Group in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative where she offers a broad range of skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service for our merchants. Julie assists merchants with onboarding, account issues, funding inquiries, reporting and account changes.

Julie loves the outdoors and is very active with biking, group fitness, camping, and loves cooking healthy meals for her family. She is a wife and mom to 3 kids: John, Gabby and Brooke.

Jonathan joined Merchant Services Consulting Group in 2020 as an Account Manager, having prior experience in retail banking and municipal payment processing. He is a payments professional whose priority is offering world class client-centered service. Specializing in dedicated account management, he has boots-on-the-ground experience building and maintaining client relationships while engineering tailor-made payment processing solutions to match each client’s unique needs. Jonathan enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
