Christine McManus

After working in Veterinary Medicine for over 20 years, Christine made a career change in 2012 to the Payments Industry. She began her career as a Merchant Services Customer Services Representative for one of the top processors in the country assisting merchants with account issues, funding inquiries and account changes. In this role she learned the basics about Interchange, Bank and Card Brand Regulations. She was quickly promoted to the role of Team Lead for the Global Merchant Services Group in 2013. In this role she handled all escalated merchant issues and earned a thorough education in report reconciliation, point of sale integrations and complex merchant issues. She was recognized for her tenacity in problem resolution and earned the “Five Keys to Success” award for meeting all the criteria for excellent customer service. In 2014 she was promoted to the role of a Relationship Manager in which she gained additional knowledge in Pricing Analysis, Best Practices for Credit Card Processing, Recurring Transactions and Regulations, Chargeback and Declines Management, KYC and AML Regulations, International Processing and further knowledge of Point of Sale Software Integrations and Equipment. Christine joined Merchant Services Consulting Group in 2016 as an Account Manager and Point of Sale Specialist where she continues to offer her broad range of skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service for our Merchants.

Christine is also a single mother to a teenage boy and four spoiled fur babies.
